Welcome Oct 2024 Slaves: The Siren House Location

We all cannot tell you how excited we are, for this upcoming event at the new home of Indomitus called "The Siren House." 

It's called "The Siren House" and not the "Indomitus Estate" as the last location of Indomitus was called, because the Siren House will be the home of MANY femdom events, sessions, and educational experiences that go way beyond Indomitus. The former location was supposed to be the home of many other events as well, but sadly 2020 put a damper in those plans for a while, and in 2023 I decided to sell the estate. 

This new location has SO MANY wonderful features! But also a few drawbacks. Finding the perfect location is possible, and exists, but is unfortunately way out of my price range :) I will continue to play the lottery.

Here are all of the wonderful additions we now have at the new estate compared to the former estate:

1. The location is only 25-30 minutes from the VPS airport, with very little traffic, if any. The next closest airport is Panama City, which is only 50 min away. Pensacola Airport is 1hr 20 min.

   
   

   The former location had PBI 45 min away, Fort Lauderdale almost an hour and a half away with massive amounts of traffic, and Miami which is 2hrs away, with massive amounts of traffic.

   
   

2. No dirt roads. We are now on regular paved roads, which means cars won't be dusty (or muddy if it rains). Although, that added to the “middle of nowhere” and adventurous nature of going there.

3. Stores are close, 10 minutes away on paved normal roads, vs 20+ minutes away, down many dirt roads in and out.

4. We are 20 minutes from the gorgeous beaches of Destin, Miramar, etc vs almost an hour to go relax and explore a beach before or after an event. If you want to get a little classy, drive to Rosemary Beach, Seaside, etc. 

5. We are waterfront, with 400 ft of sweeping bay-front, panoramic views when in the front of the home, and half of the back of the home. You can even walk across the street and fish, there are grass beds (a cherished honey hole) right in front. 

6. We have 10 bedrooms total and 9.5 bathrooms, vs the 4 bed, 2 bathrooms we had prior. We now do not need additional Mistresses to stay at Airbnbs and hotels and commute. 

7. We have lots of shade on the property, almost 100 oak trees. 

8. Hanging out together and playing indoors, has all the space we could ever need.

Here are the cons to the new space in comparison

1. We don't have a barn for slave sleeping quarters, which doubled as our dungeon. If things go well at the new estate, I planned on building a separate structure that could be utilized in the future for such things. Slaves will be caged throughout the home. Some slaves will rejoice, more hardcore degradation slaves will pout.

2. We will have a vast, private area to have games and do outdoor activities, but the entire 3 acre estate is not fully private. There will be VERY obvious markers to remind you, that if you go to a certain area, you must be clothed (in at least shorts, NO collar). 

3. We cannot have loud, vulgar/adult language and whip cracks/screaming outside. While we can be loud, the loud yells must be “vanilla” in context.  We are in a neighborhood of sorts and a few homes are close by. A loud fun-sounding game that people are playing “GO FASTER! GO GO!” when a pony cart race is happening,  is different than someone yelling from a beating or yelling “take my strap-on, bitch!” Can’t happen outside. 

4. There will be a dungeon play room setup in the den and study of the home (they flow into one another. 

5. It will be a whole new world and the old location will be missed for the unique world it created for us. 

   
   

   We hope this location creates a new world for us there to continue Indomitus. We are excited to see it come together.
