If anyone tried to hang out by the perimiter of the property and spy, and decided to brave the densely wooded areas, they'd be eaten alive by mosquitoes, bitten by dangerous spiders and depending on where they were standing, be in several feet of really unpleasant water. This is why we don't have those issues here.
